Weight Training Prep:
This class is designed for 13-14 year olds who would like to learn technique when using the weight equipment at the Kroc Center. Take this class and learn all about weight training, anatomy, physiology, lifts and more. At the end of the class, participants will take a written test and a skills-test to earn a certification card that will enable them to workout in the center.
Boot Camp
Calling all adults who are ready to work hard and see results fast! Our Boot Camp class is led by a certified personal trainer who will run participants through drills ranging from sprints to weights to stretching. If you need a fast-paced, high-energy, team environment in order to stay motivated, this may just be the perfect class for you!
