NEW 20-20-20 calorie burning fitness class has arrived!!! This class combines three, 20 minute class segments into one hour of over-all fitness training. This class is designed for anyone who wants to increase their general fitness level and have fun. The segments will include a 20 minute block of cardio such as (basic step, cardio kickboxing, aerobic conditioning, or other cardio activities,) a 20 minute block of upper/lower body strength and muscle conditioning, and a 20 minute block of abs and stretching activities.
30 Min Summer Slam
Come get energized in this amazing summer featured class. Cardio and strength elements will be incorporated to keep you in shape and ready to take on all those fun, summer activities!
Beginning Step
You will learn basic step terminology and become comfortable performing the various moves on the step. This class prepares you for the more intense levels and prepares you for the rest of your day!
Cardio Kickboxing
A high energy cardio kickboxing class is designed to improve stamina and strength by incorporating kickboxing moves and high intensity cardiovascular training. Punching targets are used to enhance the class. Level options allow beginners as well as more advanced exercisers to follow the challenging combinations, burn fat, release stress, & have fun!
CRT: Cardio Resistance Training
These are a mix of cardiovascular exercise with strength training & resistance training exercises, giving you a total body workout! This is a great way to get in shape and burn tons of calories!
Group Cycling
An indoor cycling class consisting of varying speeds, resistance levels and intensities targeted at raising your heart rate and toning your lower body.
Kroc Power
This weights based, strength program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, this class is adaptable for all fitness levels. Kroc Power will help you create results!
Pilates
Pilates strengthens the muscles that support the spine (the neck, shoulders, abs, hips and thighs) to bring balance into the body. Pilates helps to realign the spine in order to decrease tension, increase flexibility, and strengthen the body from the inside out.

Be ahead of the game and get your workout while your friends are still sleeping! Jump-start your metabolism and your day with this morning cardiovascular workout that may include floor resistance and interval training, cardioboxing, martial arts, and strength training exercises. This class is for all levels and can be modified to fit your fitness needs!
Senior Fitness
Senior Fitness: All exercises can be modified to fit any fitness level. Nothing is done on the floor. We start with an easy and short warm-up. All strength training is done with barbells working the chest, back, arms, legs and abs. A short cardio routine is done between each muscle group to help with mental focus. Cool down focuses on stretching and balance.
Turbo Kick™
Turbo Kick is a workout that combines shadow-boxing and kick-boxing drills, simple dance moves and cardio elements in a fun atmosphere. Turbo Kick is an interval based class that allows participants of any fitness level to participate.
Walk/Jog/Run
This class is for those who enjoy walking or jogging. For beginners the workout is designed to slowly increase your fitness level by adding a brisk intervals of (30 to 90) seconds of jogging followed by walking. The intermediate and advanced groups will be encouraged to work on distance and speed (if desired) or enjoy a nice easy jog with friends.
Yoga
Relax, strengthen and soothe your body and mind in this beginning to intermediate level yoga class. You will increase your flexibility and strength through various postures and breathing techniques. A perfect compliment to all forms of exercise.
Yoga for Relaxation
Relax by stretching out all the major muscle groups using a variety of techniques. A gentle total body stretch for flexibility, improved circulation, stress-reduction and relaxation for body and mind.
Zumba
