With a degree in Human Physiology from the University of Oregon, Jacob's focus is to teach the fundamentals of an exercise routine as part of a healthy lifestyle. During a personal training session with Jacob, you will learn exercises and stretches that target specific muscle groups, and also receive assistance and support to find a routine you can maintain. Whether you’re just starting out or are looking to intensify your workout, Jacob is here to coach you through it.
