Climb Technique:
This two hour class is for those belay-certified climbers who are looking to take their skills to the next level. Learn climbing techniques such as smearing, the side pull, and body positioning for a better climb.
Adult Belay Class:
This class will teach you how to monitor the safety of another climber and ensure that all the ropes are clipped in and ready to go. This class is the first step towards becoming a more skilled climber.
Lunch n’ Climb:
This is an opportunity for belay-certified adults to come in and use the wall during your lunch break. Bonus? We’ll provide the lunch
Kroc Climbers Jr.:
For children ages 5-7 years, this class helps young climbers learn balance, agility, and coordination for climbing through games and fun.
Kroc Climbers:
For children ages 8-14 years, this more in-depth class is designed to help with muscle development and muscle memory for climbing. Part games and part skill-building technique, your child is sure to come away stronger, more flexible, and ultimately, a better climber!
Saturday Night Climbing Club:
Every Saturday after 7:00pm the rock wall will be open for belay certified members only, who have enrolled in this program. Participants will socialize with and encourage each other in a more traditional climbing-gym environment. Staff will be available to belay and to help with technique and climbing safety, as needed.
Rockin’ Women
A climbing program for women, taught by women. This class teaches women to climb safely indoors while improving strength, flexibility and agility. Enjoy a positive social environment and climb with interesting women of all ages and climbing abilities. Appropriate for women 18 years and up with or without belay certification. For interested mother/daughter duos, we will accept women ages 14+ when enrolling as a pair.
